Listen To Our Song @ Online Radio Stations

Recently, there are many online radio stations around Sabah. We'd met their DJ's through online (Facebook, Yahoo!, Blogs) and also we had an opportunity to send our tracks to the DJ's from SabahanFM and O-Borneo. Thanks to them for playing our songs regularly.

By the way, we are now got two songs that had been played in the online radio stations. After this, we're planning to put the songs in our Street Boombox (which is now still in empty playlist... Ha ha ha!). Just wait...

T-Street - Kau Saja Milikku

No updates doesn't mean there's no activities. Just a little bit slowed down. Well you know, our music industry is not at its best condition. Everybody prefer the FREE Stuffs rather than buying. Do you know what is going on? It's all about MONEY.

How about T-Street? How can we move without money? We still have to pay our monthly bills (electricity, water, phone, rent, etc..etc..). So we have to go to work everyday to earn money. That's why we're slowed down... What to do...

BUT, we're going to release our next single soon! The recording session was done 5 months ago. After the mixing & mastering process, it will be aired at Suria.FM hopefully. Just wait...

KAU SAJA MILIKKU is coming...

R.I.P Mr.Guy

11th April, 2009 is the day that we've lost our very best friend, our brother of blood - Syahrul Abdullah@Paul Valentino a.k.a Guy. He's gone forever. He was one of the member of RapSouL Brothers. It's really hard to accept that he's no longer in this world. We all still in shock right now.

He'd never listen to the new master of our upcoming single "Show Us (Some Love)" yet. That track was the last performance from him (he featured in that track). How can we accept this?! The chances to reunite RapSouL Brothers become more difficult. The formula already gone. What else can we do, just think like the others think - Life Goes On.

As a part of RapSouL Brothers, T-Street has to keep on working hard. Will do a tribute for the late Mr.Guy soon. But for now, we're so SPEECHLESS. Goodbye Mr.Guy! You'll always in our heart and prayer.

Single Is Coming To The Radio Stations

Thanks a lot to Mr.Sitaring@D-EQ Studio for the great work on "Show Us (Some Love)" track. The track was mixed and mastered by him. The first track ever that had been mixed and mastered. The next step is... of course the RADIO STATIONS! There's 3 stations inside their plan... Sabah VFM, Suria FM and Traxx FM (hopefully!). Show Us (Some Love) is going to be their first single

After few years observing the local music industry, T-Street finally listed down their favourite soundman to 'operate' their songs. The target is to combine all the Sabahans soundman in one EP! The mission is to tell the listener the UNITY of Sabahan People no matter what they do. Musically, even though T-Street is just a non-professional Street Musician but they do have their own dream to pursue in local music industry. They want to show that Sabah also got 'movement', something about Hip hop and R&B! Too many POP singers born in Sabah, many ROCKERS born in Sabah, not forgetting the DANGDUT acts (yeah!). Now it's the time to build something more URBAN... T-Street is bringing back the life of HIP HOP scene in Sabah! Mudah-mudahan...

Talking about collaboration with Sabahan soundman, now T-Street is keeping in touch with some of the well known person. Strictly SABAHAN! For the upcoming EP, they will collabore with Mr.Sitaring@D-EQ Studio, Mr.Ading@Etnik Muzik Production and Mr.Decipher@i-Motion Studio. If you guys want to know more about them, please do visit their blog (as shown at the Friends Behind The Curtain link at the right side of this blog).

That's all for now...

Just Finished Recording Session

The time now is 2.31am, Sunday, March 22nd 2009. T-Street just finished their recording session for the song entitled "Kau Saja Milikku". It was a very tough session for them. No idea on how many takes they took. It took about 3 hours to record all the required sound - vocals.

Kau Saja Milikku is the one and only Malay track inside their EP. The beat is more to reggae (not a reggae song lah!). Just reggae flavour. T-Street describe it as - LAGU SANTAI. Next?

After this, maybe it takes about 1-2 weeks to finalize it. Mr.Ading@EMP will do it but forgot to get his contact number (haiya...heheh). Will contact him as soon as possible.

T-Street Playlist For Their Upcoming EP

T-Street has more than 20 songs in their song library. For the EP, they just selected 7 songs with various style and ready to be out soon! This time, they are very busy to re-record some of their tracks. Why 7 songs only? Well... to be honest to you guys, the budget is very limited and it's not easy to maintain the quality of the songs.

They are not the type of people who always quoted "ok la baitu..." during recording session. So it is hard to take care of 10 songs! 7 songs is enough.

Ladies & Gentleman, the playlist that will fit in the EP is as shown below:

01 We're Soldier feat. Russell of Soul Chamber
02 Show Us (Some Love) feat.Guy of RapSouL Brothers
03 Tell Me
04 Kau Saja Milikku
05 Hot! feat. Russel Of Soul Chamber
06 Clifford
07 So Hard To Believe

Just wait... They are coming!

Introduction

ReubN and MC Roll-N a.k.a Mr.Kudique formed T-Street to continue the unfinished job since more than 7 years ago. Both of them are from Tambunan district but now staying at Kota Kinabalu to pursue their own dreams.

Feeling comfortable being an indie act, they are now ready to release their very first hit single called "Show Us (Some Love)". Hopefully, the song will be played on the local radio stations as soon as possible.

So that's all for now. Keep in touch!
